Typical private network setup for clients, the mobile laptops are either field stations or remote offices, from vehicles to offices the user links to a base network were the email is received, stored and forwarded via a ISP to Head office, the user then logs in to check for new email via the remote base station were all email is held ready for pickup.
We have 3 base stations in South Africa to process the emails, these are encrypted and not open to any person working for us. User names and passwords are assigned to each station.
